Welcome to the OnlySelect shopping site!

OnlySelect.com is a completely new site launched in June 2024 with an interesting selection of select, innovative products and services carefully chosen for quality and purpose.

Some items are ours and others are external products listed for select partners. But all products are carefully selected and most have been experienced and tested by us.

Furthermore, If you have an innovative, interesting, high quality item that many people may like to see and benefit from then you are welcome to request a listing. (Please note: we are 'no eBay or Amazon' and therefore at our discretion, will reject most applications to list on this site. It is the only way in our view to maintain quality.)

As well as mainly showcasing effective innovative tech-related products and services, we would also like to include items with a contribution to society and world freedom. (As at launch, it is now a few days before D-Day 80, so Miles will 'start you off' with this one!)

Many of us have sifted through pages and pages of products that are uninteresting, substandard or 'less than useful'. You should not experience that when you enter our shop!

These Terms and Conditions of use shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any consequent dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

REFUND POLICY

For all purchases of FairOption software made from any Apple App Store, then Apple's "Standard EULA" license agreement will apply. This can currently be found at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. Any refunds for such software will be decided solely by Apple as per their terms, conditions and policies. For all purchases made directly from FairOption.com (or one of its resale partners, including FastSpring), any refund request will be decided by our refund policy. Once a license key has been issued, refunds will only be considered if the software is found to be defective and not fit for purpose and only when no remedy is made. In any event, FairOption is provided 'as is' and any request for a refund needs to be made within 30 days of purchase for a request to be considered. Some countries do not allow limitations on the duration of any implied warranty, so the above limitation may not apply to you. In all circumstances and in any event: FairOption's entire liability and your total remedy will be limited to (and at FairOption's choice): Either A) a return of the price paid for the software license, Or B) replacement of the licensed software to remedy any reported shortcoming. Any replacement software provided will be governed by the same license terms as detailed within this software license agreement.
The refund policy for all other products listed on OnlySelect.com is for products delivered directly from us, 14 days from date of delivery (Downloaded products and software with license key excluded, unless found to be defective without remedy.) For any affiliate product you are directed to, the terms including the refund policy for that particular product are the terms from that supplier. Also our 100% satisfaction guarantee will apply for 30 days for products directly supplied by us. For anyone not fully satisfied by any product directly supplied by us, just notify us within 30 days. (Again, Downloaded products and software with license key are excluded, unless found to be defective without remedy.) Any manufacturer guarantees or warranties may differ from these terms.
