Apple Mac Pro Computer – Late 2013 (Used)

Apple Mac Pro Computer – Late 2013 (Used)

Apple Mac Pro Computer:  One of SelectWebGroup.com’s key development machines with a space-saving and innovative design that belongs on your desk. This powerful machine has been looked after and used in one stationary location for everything from official Apple App Development,  Web Design and backend server programming to Graphic design, Video editing and running a multiplicity of other Apple and Microsoft Apps all in a multi-tasking environment. It is fast, is in perfect running order, excellent physical condition, and has coped with everything ‘thrown at it’ (i.e. never let us down). So we did not want to change it.

The only reason it is being sold now is the latest version of the macOS operating system it can use (without using an OpenCore Legacy Patcher) is macOS 11 (Big Sur) and the latest Apple Xcode development versions sometimes require a later OS. Apart from that, it would be perfect for anyone for nearly anything else. And in 2023, we started using a new Apple M2 Pro machine, so no longer use this Mac Pro. This late-2013 Mac Pro is a lovely, very powerful machine, and with its fast Intel 3,7GHz Intel Processor is ‘lightning fast’ for real-world applications.

The computer is supplied to you in its original box and was originally ordered direct from Apple, and supplied to us new in Jan 2014 for about £2350 direct from Apple, box-labelled from Apple, California. It has a 500 GB original Apple SSD hard disk and the original 16GB original RAM. (The machine has not been tampered with or upgraded internally.) We also used this computer with an external LaCie 1TB Little Big Disk for video that cost about £1000 (not being sold with this computer). So you may, depending on requirements, at some stage need some external, fast storage (which is quite cheap now) and you will also need a suitable display monitor, mouse and keyboard. (We used an Apple Thunderbolt display, Wireless keyboard and Magic trackpad, all still readily available used, or you can select numerous alternative items.)

Please note: We are not a dealer or refurbisher of Apple Mac hardware and this original machine has been extensively tested, untampered with, un-upgraded and is in fully working, excellent condition. (There is only one available from us.)

Delivery options: We want to ensure you receive this tech computer product in undamaged condition and so prefer to only sell this item located in the UK to buyers in the UK. And you will either need to arrange with us to collect it directly or alternatively we are happy to personally deliver it to you by a method and fair cost to be agreed depending on where you are.

If you do want it delivered internationally then you will need to accept the full fair cost and risk of shipping and insurance.  We are also prepared if you prefer, to set up the computer for you to your preferred macOS spec together with a monitor, keyboard and mouse input device of your choice if you agree to cover the cost of the additional items required plus £50 for our time.

Please ask if you have any questions.
